Stop Being the Only One in the Room.
The first luxury summit built exclusively for accomplished gay founders, entrepreneurs, and executives who are ready to walk into a room that was actually designed for them.
Hey, brother.
You're here because I personally invited you, or because someone I deeply trust felt this would land.
Let me tell you why.
You've built something real. A company, a career, a body of work that commands respect. You've navigated boardrooms, keynote stages, and high level masterminds with brilliance and composure.
And in almost every one of those rooms, you were the only gay man.
Not because you were hiding. But because no one was building rooms at your level that held all of who you are.
Think about it like this: you've been invited to a hundred extraordinary tables. Brilliant people, powerful conversations, real access. But none of those tables were set for you. You've always been a welcome guest in someone else's house, never a man sitting in his own.
So you code switched. You edited. You brought 90% of yourself and quietly managed the other 10%. You did it so well that most people never noticed.
But you noticed.
of LGBTQ+ professionals say they code switch at work to avoid negative stereotypes. You've felt this number your entire career, even if you've never seen it.

And when you do step into gay spaces, something else is off. The rooms are either built for a different season of life, a different level of ambition, or a different kind of man. It's like being fluent in two languages, but never finding a room where you can speak both at the same time.
Gay men experience loneliness at three to four times the rate of the general population. Not because they lack people around them, but because they lack people who hold all of who they are.
Journal of Homosexuality, 2025
Here's what those numbers add up to: the most accomplished, heart centered gay men in the world have no room that was built for them. They've climbed the first mountain, the one the world told them to climb, and they're standing at the top, successful, respected, and quietly asking: "Is this it? Or is there something I haven't been able to access because I've never been in a room where I didn't have to perform?"
I looked for that room for over two decades.
I couldn't find it.
So I'm building it.
Your Host
Re Perez
My name is Re Perez. I came out in the early 1990s in New York City, and I've spent the last 24 years living at the intersection of two worlds.
In one world, I'm a brand strategist who has led transformations for founders, executives, and companies across industries. I created Category of One, a podcast exploring what it means to build a brand and a life that stands alone.
I also wrote the book Your Brand Should Be Gay (Even If You're Not), which became a bestseller on the premise that the most powerful brands in the world do exactly what gay people have always had to do: figure out who they truly are, own it completely, and show the world something authentic enough to move them.
In the other world, I've spent those same 24 years inside the most powerful personal development and transformation communities on the planet. Plant medicine ceremonies. High vibe mastermind retreats. Rooms full of people who weren't just building wealth, they were building lives of genuine depth and purpose.
I loved both worlds. And in both worlds, I was almost always the only gay man in the room.
It's like being a world class musician who has played in a hundred orchestras, but never once heard his own instrument in the arrangement. You know the music is beautiful. You just wonder what it would sound like if someone finally wrote a part for you.
Higher Love is what happens when someone finally decides to stop waiting for that room and builds it himself.
The Experience
3.5 Days That Will Change How You
Show Up in Every Room After
A summit.
Higher Love is a 3.5 day immersive gathering at a private luxury venue in the Texas Hill Country for 22 accomplished gay founders, entrepreneurs, and executives. Think of it as the room you would have designed yourself if someone had handed you a blank canvas, a guest list of the 21 most extraordinary gay men you've never met, and said: "Build whatever you wish existed."
Here is what those 3.5 days look like:
Morning
Start each day with guided wellness, meditation, breathwork, and intentional movement in an open air pavilion overlooking the Hill Country at sunrise. No performative spirituality. Just the kind of stillness that men like you rarely give themselves permission to access. Like finally exhaling a breath you didn't know you'd been holding for twenty years.
Midday
Facilitated peer sessions built around the topics that matter most to men operating at your level. Business strategy, legacy planning, relationship depth, health optimization, creative expression, and spiritual growth, not in silos, but woven together the way they actually exist in your life. Imagine a boardroom with the strategic rigor of your best mastermind and the emotional depth of the conversations you've only ever had at 2am with your closest friend.
Evening
Curated dinners around long tables with candlelight, exceptional food, and the kind of conversation you've been craving. The kind where you can talk about your exit strategy and your plant medicine journey in the same breath and no one flinches. Where you don't have to choose which version of yourself to bring because the table was finally set for the whole man.
Late Night
Firepit conversations under the Texas stars. Whiskey in hand. Guards down. There's a reason the deepest conversations in life happen between 10pm and 1am. The armor comes off. The real questions surface. And when the men around you understand what it cost to build what you've built, those conversations don't just feel good. They change the trajectory of your next decade.
By the third morning, something will have shifted. You will not be able to name it yet. But you will notice that you stopped editing yourself sometime on day two, and it did not cost you anything. In fact, it gave you something back that you forgot you had.
What You Walk Away With
A peer advisory network of 21 men who operate at your level and share your experience of the world.
Research shows that CEOs in peer groups outperform their competitors by 2.5% to 5% annually, and committing goals to a peer group improves your likelihood of achieving them by 65%. Now imagine a peer group where you don't have to leave any part of yourself at the door.
Dun & Bradstreet / Vistage · Association for Talent Development
A recalibration of what is possible when you stop performing and start showing up as the full version of yourself. Most of the men in this room have spent decades being excellent in spaces that required them to leave something behind. Higher Love is where you bring everything.
Relationships that don't expire when the event ends. The 22 founding members of Higher Love become the foundation of something that grows far beyond September 2026. You're not attending an event. You're joining a founding circle.
Deep Connection
Peer level intellectual challenge from men who have built what you've built and hold your full identity without agenda.
Curated Luxury
Every detail designed with intention, from the venue to the cuisine to the conversations that shift something inside you.
Whole-Man Growth
Business, health, spirituality, relationships, and legacy, not in silos, but woven together as one integrated conversation.

Is This Your Room?
This is not for the gay man who is still figuring out who he is.
This is for the man who knows, and is ready to stop apologizing for it with his presence.
This room was built for you if
- You're a gay founder, entrepreneur, or executive who has built something real, a business, a career, a body of work that reflects who you actually are.
- You've done the inner work. Landmark. Tony Robbins. Therapy. Plant medicine. You've sat with your shadows. You've done the programs, read the books, attended the seminars, and you know that the next layer isn't something you can access alone.
- You're spiritually curious without being performative about it. You're drawn to consciousness, human design, plant medicine, the bigger questions, but you get quietly frustrated by the spiritual community's tendency toward surface and performance.
- You're into health and your body. Fitness, optimization, maybe biohacking. The instrument matters to you.
- You live an intentional life. Your calendar reflects your values, not just your obligations. Who you spend time with is a deliberate choice.
- You get bored by surface conversation. You are not interested in what the weather is like. You want the conversation that shifts something.
- You love business but you're building from a different place now, from joy, from purpose, from mission, or you're actively seeking how to make that transition.
- At times, you don't feel like you fully fit in gay culture. You've always found yourself in rooms that were mostly not gay, not out of shame, but because those were the rooms being built at the level you were operating.
- You are ready, genuinely ready, to be in a room where you are not the only one.
Equally Important
This room is not for you if
- You're coming to network, pitch, or grow your contact list. Higher Love has no infrastructure for that.
- You want the credential without the depth, the presence in the room without the willingness to be present inside it.
- You are not yet ready to let the performance go, even for 3.5 days.

Six Months Later
Your phone will buzz with a text from one of the 21 men you shared that room with. It will be about a business challenge, or a relationship question, or an idea that is too big to share with anyone who does not know the full story.
You will respond without editing.
And in that moment you will understand what you actually invested in: not a summit, but a room that never closes.
The Investment
Your Founding Seat
Here is what your founding membership includes:
- The full 3.5 day immersive summit experience at a private luxury Hill Country venue
- All curated meals, from chef prepared dinners to working breakfasts
- Morning wellness programming including guided meditation, breathwork, and movement
- Facilitated peer advisory sessions with 21 other accomplished gay founders and executives
- Evening experiences including curated dinners, firepit conversations, and unstructured connection
- Founding member status in the Higher Love community, with priority access to all future gatherings
- A private peer network that continues long after the summit ends
To put this in perspective: most high caliber mastermind memberships for executives start at $25,000 to $50,000 per year. A single night at a luxury Hill Country retreat runs $800 to $1,500. A private facilitated retreat weekend with a curator of Re's caliber is $5,000 to $10,000.
Higher Love is not competing with any of those. It is something that has never existed before. And the 22 men who take their founding seats will be the ones who shape what it becomes.
This Room Won't Wait.
22 founding seats. Not 23. Not "we'll add more if there's demand."
The men who take these seats will discover something that no mastermind, retreat, or conference has ever given them: the experience of being fully known by men who are their equals in both accomplishment and identity. You are not buying a ticket. You are claiming a seat at a table that was finally built for the whole man.
If everything on this page landed the way I think it did, the next step is simple. Fill out the application below and book your conversation with Re. The call is not a pitch. It's a mutual exploration of whether this is your room.
